The Cold Steel Folding Sharpener has two diamond coated knife sharpeners. One side has a 360 grit surface for edge setting and the other has an extra fine 600 grit surface for razor sharp honing. The honeycombed surface allows you to sharpen knives quickly, because the filings are accumulated away from the grit. You can sharpen dry or with water if you choose.
